Requesting a license key

IRIDAS offers 3 types of license keys: personal, node-locked and universal.

Requesting a permanent license

To get a permanent license you need to log into your IRIDAS customer account using your IRIDAS ID. Your IRIDAS ID was sent to you at the time you set up your customer account.

Please note: to request a node-locked license you will need the MAC ID of the workstation or laptop you will be using your software on. Log into your customer account on the IRIDAS login page:

In your account you will see a list of all your licenses in the second section of the page under "Your Licenses".  Click on "enter" right under  "License info" to enter your license data, this will get you to the next page.

On the next page enter one of the following:

• the MAC ID for a node-locked license (as shown in image below)
• your system user name(s) for a personal license (not shown)
• the domain name for a Universal Site License (not shown)
  

After entering your license data, click "change" to submit the request.

You'll receive a license file via email within a business day. FrameCycler Professional and SpeedGrade OnSet licenses are usually sent within 2-3 hours.

License files are sent as .zip, if you can't receive zip files please contact our support team to discuss alternate delivery options.
