Overview
The Log files include information about the current user name (system login name), the name of the workstation (Host Name) and the Windows Domain, Workgroup or NIS Domain Name as well as additional information about the status of the IRIDAS application and specific hardware information. All .log files can be opened with any standard text editor such as TextEdit or WordPad.

Here's how you find the log files:
Mac OS X
Right click or control click on the application's icon and choose "Show package contents" from context menu.
A new finder window will open. Double click on the Contents folder to open it. Then double click on the MacOS folder.
The log files are in the log subfolder. To send the log files to IRIDAS, simply create a .zip or .sit archive from the entire log folder and send it to: support@iridas.com
Windows XP
Open an Explorer window, then navigate to your Program Files folder and find your IRIDAS application.
Open the log directory, there you'll find all log files generated by your IRIDAS application.
If you want to send the files to IRIDAS just create a .zip archive and send it to support@iridas.com
Linux
Find the IRIDAS application in the location where you store your applications.
Open the log directory, there you'll find all log files generated by your IRIDAS application.
If you want to send the files to IRIDAS just create a .tar.gz or .zip archive and send it to support@iridas.com
