Overview
SpeedGrade XR and DI, FrameCycler DDS and DI and MetaRender are licensed on a per-machine basis.
SpeedGrade OnSet and FrameCycler Professional are licensed according to three licensing models:
- Node Locked License
- Personal
- Universal Site License
Node Locked Licenses
Node Locked Licenses are issued per workstation. The license is locked to the MAC ID of the ethernet card. Discounts are available for the purchase of more than one node locked license.
Personal License
A personal license is issued per person. This means that one person is allowed to install the application on an arbitrary number of computers, as long as this person is the only one using the software. Installation of a personal license on a server machine for free access or usage of the software on a workstation by another person is expressly prohibited.
Personal licenses are locked to a specific Windows, Linux or Mac OS X system log-in name. The license will not work with other log-in names. If you are using more than one log-in name you may have your license registered to up to 5 log-in names that you use.
Please note, that we check the log-in names that you provide. Generic log-in names or log-in names that are clearly not related to the owner of the personal license, will not be permitted.
You can change the list of log-in names at any time by using your IRIDAS ID online or by sending an email to licensing@iridas.com.
We will send you new license files at no cost.
Universal Site Licenses
A special Universal Site License gives you the right to use the application on any machine of your organisation at one physical location. If you have a special setup with more than one Windows / NIS domain at your site, you can register alternative domain names.
