64 Bit versions of FrameCycler, MetaRender and SpeedGrade

All IRIDAS 2009 products are available for:

  • Windows XP x66
  • Vista 64
  • (only recommended for setups without nVidia SDI)
  • Win7 (only recommended for setups without nVidia SDI)


FrameCycler Professional and FrameCycler DDS are also available for

  • CentOS 5.x
  • Fedora Core 8


32 bit versions on 64 bit platforms and known 3rd party restrictions

It is possible to run 32-bit versions of FrameCycler on 64 bit platforms. The use of memory for RAM buffering for FrameCycler Professional is limited to 2 GB. The following are known issues with this scenario:

  • No Apple Quicktime 64 support for OS X or Windows
  • Performance issues under Windows XP with ATI graphics cards.
  • No nVidia SDI driver for 32 bit applications running on Windows 64 (thus Quicktimes can't be monitored over SDI running Windows 64 bit)


We are not currently able to address these issues since they relate to third-party applications.
